This stellar performance secured their spot in the final of the ITTF World Youth Championships, held last night in Vijayawada.
Tonight, the Indian pair is set to clash with Japan’s Yuna Ojio and Mao Takamori in Nova Gorica, Slovenia, for the ultimate showdown.
Their journey wasn’t without challenges; the Jennifer and Divyanshi duo faced a tough battle, particularly in the prolonged 14-12 game. However, they swiftly adapted their strategy, seizing a 2-0 lead against their opponents. In the U-15 Mixed Doubles, Jennifer joined forces with R. Abhinandan to clinch another bronze, marking a significant milestone for India by defeating the Chinese duo.
